16. Ohio's 15th (D): State Sen. Steve Stivers (R), who narrowly lost to Rep. Mary Jo Kilroy (D) in 2008, is doing everything he can to avoid the mistakes of that campaign. To wit: he was named Ohio Right to Life's "preferred candidate", a designation that should shore up his right flank from the possibility of a third party candidate.
